December 29, 2012 Old man has his say again!
Even on taking photo's in public. Comments and e-mail answered as well.

First off Daniel I sure hope that you used your drug money and didn't have your grandparents put up this money for you! Missing court? Hell bud, you had no reason to do that, we all know that the cops planted that crap on you! As for your old lady, hey takes two to tangle and besides that she wants to marry you. No case there and you knew it! Because of your past, all that was just that past and minor crap as well. Sure they would use it, let em as all cops lie and you know that! By the way contact me and you know how. Turn yourself in and fight these corrup drug dealers that set you up and get them thrown out of the force. Yub is well known for there dealing as well as not turning in all that they steal from dealers. Hell if Sutter county can get a photo of a deputy selling dope from a partrol car then why could you not go to court.

For the third time in three months, Yuba County authorities are looking for Daniel Aaron Rowden.
Judge Stephen W. Berrier issued a $155,000 warrant for Rowden's arrest on Wednesday after the Olivehurst man failed to appear for his court hearing on unrelated carjacking, drug, evasion and unlawful sex charges.
"We've had no contact with Mr. Rowden," defense attorney Chris Pallone told the judge.
Rowden, 25, was arrested Oct. 20 after a day-long pursuit that ended when sheriff's deputies found him hiding and crying in an Olivehurst trash bin.
The Olivehurst man landed behind bars again on Nov. 7 after Yuba County sheriff's deputies said he was sleeping with a 17-year-old girl. Shiloh Sorbello, deputy Yuba County district attorney, said prosecutors would dismiss an allegation related to fathering a child with a minor.
"But, that's not (Rowden's) most significant concern right now," Sorbello said.
Deputies also found small amounts of heroin and methamphetamine when they arrested Rowden in November on Feather River Boulevard. Rowden posted a $41,000 bail bond and was released. If convicted on all charges, prosecutors said, Rowden could be sentenced to more than 11 years in state prison.
He has an extensive criminal history in Yuba County, mostly involving petty theft and drug charges.
Rowden has been on parole since 2008 when he pleaded no contest to stealing a car, according to court records.

What is the law of taking photo's? I have been asked if I was given permission to post that photo or that wreck or fire and sobbing photo of a family member. First, since many of you really have no idea what your rights are. Let me inform you exactly what you can do with your cell phone camera or for that matter any camera.
Consent isn't needed for photographers to take photos in public places
Even if the subject of a photo is on private property, it is legal if the photographer is standing on public property, such as a street or sidewalk.
In public, there's no expectation of privacy and anybody can photograph anything. The law applies to everybody with a camera, not just journalists — thus, there are all those compromising and embarrassing videos that show up on the Internet.
Unless there's a valid reason to expect some level of privacy in a common area, such as when entering a credit card number or using an ATM machine, it is fair game.
Contrary to what many believe, this includes minors who are on public property.
It also includes house fires, vehicle collisions and people under arrest.
And, yes, it includes minors arrested in public. It also includes police and sheriff's officers in their patrol cars or in any action what so ever, as long as your not interfearing or being just a pest. These so called protect & Serve persons can not stop you from taking their photo in any public place. Your even able to take their photo's as long as your on a public street and their on private property.
Most of these protect & Serve officers can and will charge you with Obstruction and make up lie's as well as stories as to how you obstructed their duties. Take it to court as well as sue the hell out of them if any of them try to do this. Any officer that does this is not doing as he had sworn to do. Upholding the Constitutional rights of the citizens and should be terminated. My last court trial was having to listen to how a protect & Serve lied as well as perjurged himself even. Telling false hoods by bad cops is a fact and they don't care about your rights. But, once before a judge it will be heard by judge, who will uphold the legal laws as most judges know what the OATH means and stands for.
I will even put up police crime reports as well as photos and as a free man I am allowed to do this as much as I want and so are you!
As to those of you that asked for photos of me to post, there's thousands of them here as well as in the image sections of all search engines. If know me then post away. I know I am a great looking guy and it's hard not to post my mug.
