Based on checks completed on your account, it is showing that there is a one time charge of $100 that the technician charged for the services they completed on 12/11/22.

No, the tech even stated that he had to go under the house to connect service. I was not to be billed for that, as when I signed up there was no connection.
This fee is charged by the technician and the technician did not note that they waived the fee and so, I do apologize, the fee is unable to be removed.

Then I wish something done about this, as there was no signed agreement by me or cox or whoever connected a line to house. I called and here comes some person thqt never stated any money wanted to connect service as described by ad.

Proof you can bill people with false ads that I agreed to this charge. I never agreed so will never pay.
