War is a racket: Money for war, no money for you

The development of new war technology, including new stealth
bombers and fighters, drone aircraft, submarines and aircraft
carriers, is more important than the domestic issues concerning the
American people.

Overwhelmingly, Americans want to cut military spending. It's what
they want. Does Congress, the people we supposedly elected to
REPRESENT us, do as we ask?

No.

Now they're trying to weasel out of the automatic defense spending
cuts that are scheduled to happen in 2013 as part of last August's
debt ceiling deal.
