Thirteen has plenty of religious and superstitious significance, and the fear of the number even has its own name: triskaidekaphobia.

What do you think? Better still how do you feel after all we have a whole year of 20(13) for a very long year. For those that believe never to use or skip around the number 13, how will you avoid it in your daily life for a full year?

Times Square officials have gathered good luck charms to accompany the unlucky number 13 that will light up when the ball drops on New Year's Eve.

The 7-foot-tall sign in the shape of the number 13 arrived in New York City's iconic tourist attraction on Wednesday. The 13 good luck charms will be installed along with the sign atop One Times Square for the celebration that will ring in the year 2013.

The charms include a four-leaf clover, gold coins and a Buddha statue. Times Square Alliance President Tim Tompkins says officials want to assuage the fears of any superstitious revelers.

More than 1 billion people are expected to watch the New Year's Eve festivities in telecasts and newscasts.

Let's hope that nothing goes wrong and all these charms have the power over the big 13! We will all see tonight. Then we have the rest of the year to ponder and hope that each day ends well. Well? Hmm, strange but I am sure many people already have found that some cheks are not what they were last month and being paid less for the month of January. No big deal as many employers don't have the insight of what Congress and the Obama team has planned. Well, Obama will give raises for all the white house staff as well as Congress. What, I hear all of you saying. Bullshit he can't do that. Sure he can after all every tax hike there is will be paid by all the working class. Oh as for food stamps, this is something that really is crazy and your going to be surprised as well.

In fact every state will also increase the taxes on each person in order for the states to make their payments to the Federal government.

You should feel lucky that milk did get passed at lease, no paying seven dollars a gallon. But, willing to bet they make that up some where's along the way with something. Any takers?

Have a great New Years Party everyone, as your taxes are still going up after midnite, NO MATTER WHAT! Maybe in a few weeks things will come down little by little with other things going up and up.. eNJOY!
