Cox sucks big time!

January 1, 2013 Cox Cable Service stinks!

Now searching for another provider as of tomorrow!

This makes the fifth time that this cable company has shut off my internet service. Why? and what happens is that someone keeps stealing one of my hundreds of e-mail address and then sends thousands of e-mails out to whoever and whatever.

Ok, I ask what are the e-mails being sent out in the thousands under my name as well as password? We don't have that information. Then how is it that you say my account is sending thousands of e-mail daily and I know for a fact that I am sending at the most daily maybe fifteen replies as I don't like to e-mail that much. Maybe a hundred news letters and not really that much as I normally connect social sites to the news letters in stead of e-mailing as that way the new letters get around to those interested.

I want to know what heading or words that my thousands of e-mails are being sent daily about. In short what am I sending or saying or selling. The reply from this 67 year old computer wize is that he does not have that information. I need to change my password and hormat my hard drive as maybe it's a vius that has infected my hard drive. I say I don't keep no information on my computer at all. All information I place on the internet it self in different states as well as countries depending on what my e-news or mail is about. I never have trusted any information on any disk or hard drive and never will, as I know how easy it is to steal from any ones' computer.

But, it does not matter who is sending this e-mail under my address as it is being sent from my computer up to tens of thousands a day. When that happens we disconnect you and you need to call in as above notice shows.

You will need to do all this and still be the cause of the problem and can't stop it as they have no information or won't tell you. I am only one that has been doing this for years I am told as the thousands of other people or customers don't have this problem with cox cable.

In short your accused of committing a crime and know there is nothing on your computer to back up this crime, but your being blamed for doing what your not doing just the same.

Will you hackers and probably some low life cop as there the only ones that I seem to piss off. Then there also the bad ones at lease that could be doing this as there the only ones I will go to court over if there a scum bag! All your doing is for me to blame cox as there to damn lazy to track who really is sending the thousands of e-mails on my behalf. But, if I am breaking a law agreement as I agreed not to do such a thing then lets go to court and prove my computer is doing this. As your connection states it is, and if so then do something about it. After all I sure can't be playing a game or sending a private e-mail with sending thousands of e-mails daily. Sounds funny as well as scummie to me. Don't want my money then I will find another provider. After all as I said all my information is on the internet and never on this piece of computer. After all I never know what computer or where I will access one to send e-mail. But, tens of thousands daily? Your brain has to be fried.
