Before I get started, I was called by someone that wanted to get information out on someone else. I stated, what was the reason, someone hurt your feelings or what? After all I stand for what is right as well am not afraid to express myself to anyone. As I stated years ago I use to write as well managed newspapers and still even not retired from this ink, I love to express my feelings guilty or waiting for trial. After all as many know you may not be guilty and that needs to come out in a court of law, especially if a bad servant to the people! In any case I told this caller that I would check it out and if felt others should know about it then I would make sure it was posted on the world wide web. I did check this person out as well as felt that I will again stress to all WOMEN, married or not to listen to your hearts and think is it real love that a man seeks or are they just using you. Again women, if getting beat or even your kids are being abused then what the hell is it that you see in that type of love affair? Get the hell out of that situation and now! Your placing yourself in a position to where your not going to have your little ones either because DHS(CPS) will take the kids or they will be killed by that so called lover!
Ok, Lyle Ted Cook, is now in Bentonville County Jail for kidnaping as well as breaking in to a house and kidnaping a young child. Also battery all of them felonies. This person has been charged before and released before and hopefully won’t be released again as someone will be killed the next time! The following information provided by the Bentonville, Sheriff’s department as it is called public information. Same as when I was falsely accused of Obstruction in my own yard and still had to go to court and fight a bad cop. But, this guy has been arrested again (twice) for the same thing. I know we have a new judge and people say he doesn’t seem to know what he is doing compared to the old one.

Been thinking of Love, since I her it so much and it is on a daily bases also. Either someone hanging up from a phone conversation or getting ready to leave for a ride to town or wherever or even when people are going to bed. I started to say what a lot of crap when so many of those you hear this from don’t care for one another even. Then it seems to be an expression that just all of a sudden was bred into so many families for security reasons or maybe because they really hope one day it will become real. I never say I love you unless I really do care for you and you need to first be a good friend or at lease a member of my family. After all there’s people in my family I care about but I sure as hell don’t love them for mny reasons. Personal of course. Sure I will say things like I love you to my children and grand kids even as I really do love them and hope that the best will come in their future. I have ex friends that I still love even and they dislike me for reasons that they don’t agree with me on. But, because I feel they are wrong and one day they will see where I was coming from and hopefully will return the love that I still give to them after having a conversation. Even when signing a letter if I care for the person that I am sending a letter to I will sign it I love you as well as care for you and hope the best for them and so on. But, if I don’t have any love for them and really don’t care for them I will sign with a signature or have a good day or something, but never say I love you and until next time. But, the word love seems to be so meaningless in today’s society as you hear it when walking pass people even in store isles. This is my take on the meaning of love and you never can love anyone until you have been at lease friends for a time. I have a lot of friends and I sure as hell don’t love half of them. Maybe I’ll say so if I want something and maybe they say so to me as well for wanting something. Ah then that mens love is just a silly eight letter word as I always been told. Just that BULLSHIT, which also is an eight letter word. Just something this old man started to think about and feeling that word is too loosely used without the actural true meaning. Yes, once loved my ex, but I sure have no love now for her. Friends, yes and even then I sometimes wonder. But, again we come back to that save old meaning that “I love You” is just “Bullshit”. Of course this is going to make some mad, and will I care? Of course not. But, would love other’s opinions if they hear this bullshit daily as well as see if all the time on face book and other conversation boards.

Thousands of dead red-winged blackbirds dropped out of the sky over Beebe, Ark., on New Year's Eve —— the same week several hundred of the blackbirds as well as grackles, robins and starlings were found dead in Murray, Ky., and about 450 birds of similar varieties were found dead in Louisiana over the holiday weekend.

Now everyone from scientists to some religious leaders and end of days believers are speculating about the cause of the bird deaths.

Some officials attributed the incident to fireworks, while others believe high-elevation hail was to blame. Some folks claim the mysterious deaths presage an inevitable 2012 apocalypse or one recently forecast for this May.

On Wednesday morning, local naturalist Jerry Supernant discussed possible causes with Capen Hill Nature Sanctuary Director Barbara Frederick and a few visitors to the wildlife sanctuary.

"We were guessing that the birds might have ingested contaminated water, as there were reports of thousands of fish dying in a river nearby," Frederick said. "Perhaps the fish and birds came into contact with the same contaminated water."


Doomsday believers got more signs of the apocalypse on Wednesday, as reports of mass animal deaths continued to emerge around the world.
Hundreds of dead birds were found on the streets in Murray, Kentucky, officials announced Wednesday, marking the second time this week that the state has made such a discovery. Earlier in the week, several dozen dead birds were found in Gilbertsville Kentucky, according to local station WPSD.
The animal deaths in the western part of the state seem to have occurred last week, according to state officials, who told The Associated Press they discovered the dead grackles, red wing blackbirds, robins and starlings after someone called police with a tip.
Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources spokesman Mark Marraccini said the birds were not found to have diseases and did not appear to have ingested poisons, based on test results. He cited weather or natural events as possible explanations, according to the AP.
Sweden also reported discovering 50 dead jackdaw birds on a street in Stockholm, while 40,000 dead crabs washed up on beaches in England, according to European media reports.
These reports come on the heels of a string of mass animal death stories from Arkansas, Maryland, Brazil and New Zealand, which have caused many to joke or speculate that the world is on the verge of the apocalypse.
So far, however, each incident has been accompanied by a seemingly scientific explanation.
The birds in Kentucky may have died as a result of fireworks in the area, officials told the AP, while environmental experts say cold water likely led to the demise of the crabs in the U.K.
Cold water was also labeled the culprit in the deaths of millions of fish in Maryland's Chesapeake Bay this week.
That may be the result of climate change -- this winter marked the chilliest December to hit Britain in 120 years, according to the Daily Mail.
The panic began when roughly 5,000 dead blackbirds dropped from the sky on New Years Day in Beebe, Ark, causing some residents to call 911.
"They are like bleeding out of the mouth and some of them are not dead. I think they have been poisoned," said one caller, in a 911 call released this week.
Despite the unusual timing of the events, officials say the explanation is probably nothing out of the ordinary.
As wildlife expert Tony Child told the Star, "It's just part of the circle of life."
More animal deaths to ponder: Hundreds, and possibly thousands, of birds in Italy fell dead from the sky on Wednesday, the Italian GeaPress news agency reports. Countless turtle doves were found in the town of Faenza with a mysterious blue stain on their beaks. The Italian news agency suggests the stains could be the result of poisoning or possibly hypoxia; test results are expected in about a week. But the birds join a number of strange animal mysteries popping up in the new year: Thousands of birds were found dead in Arkansas, most likely due to fireworks, and thousands more were reported dead in Louisiana, Kentucky, and Sweden. Two million dead fish washed ashore in Brazil, New Zealand, and Arkansas, along with 40,000 crabs in England.

In surely the creepiest of the first news stories in 2011 is the Arkansas dead bird phenomenon. On New Year's Eve Day, more than 3,000 dead birds, mostly red-winged blackbirds, were found scattering streets, yards, and rooftops in Beebe, Arkansas, and no one knows why.
Officials are guessing it's weather related, like lightning or high atmosphere hail, but what if it's something worse? Like the all-new bird flu or some awful man-made environmental mess?
Or, and I won't claim to be any sort of Bible expert, what if this is beginning of the end of the world?
Here are few well-known mentions about birds, in reference to the end of the world, from the Bible:

Gulp! I mean, some of these are said to take place in Israel but Gulp!
So far we have the 100,000 dead fish, 3,000 dead birds, and the earth trembling in Indiana of all places. Should we be worried? I mean, those who have faith are not worried, but what about everyone else?
Maybe we should pray because it's probably out of our hands. But in the meantime, shouldn't everyone be locked inside their home until it's confirmed it's safe outside? Has anyone confirmed it's safe outside? End of the world or not, what if we're dealing with a toxic nightmare -- and we have those poor workers out nonchalantly picking up thousands of poisoned bird carcasses? With everything we do to our planet and put into our air and all the nightmares and slow destruction we have seen, shouldn't we be a little more worried and cautious about this situation? Cause we haven't treated this planet very nicely, and now thousands of BIRDS HAVE FALLEN DEAD OUT OF THE SKY.
I'm a big birdwatcher, and I was just out photographing red-winged blackbirds this weekend. They're beautiful birds, the way they cluster and swirl across the sky. However, if they started dropping out of midair before my eyes, I'd immediately detour toward the closest gas mask, and once I had it firmly over my nose and mouth, you can bet I would then and only then begin to pray.

Well, already getting message’s in so many subjects that I don’t know where to start. But, maybe I will start with the first feed back and answer them all. As I always love to start out with, I am older than most of you on facebook and I do send a lot of e-mail because most of the comments are for those on a one on one. So, many of you will see your reply here and maybe a few replies with not knowing hey did he say it that way or not.
First off when you reach a certain age as well as retired and live on a fixed income that you planned out then you either have a lot of time on your hands or you do something. Many of those my age have to go back to work if there able and many like me are just happy with how things are and fight daily using the tool at hand called the computer. When I was in school grade all the way to college I wish we had computers as feel we older ones would really know how to get to many people in ways that never existed before. Example: If I was mad at someone I would ahve to cut out coupons to subscribe people to things I knew they didn’t want. Now, I can do that if I had reason to do it faster by computer. Trouble is I don’t have any mean people that I need to do that to any more as I just use my freedom of speech to warn people of bad people or a business. They feel I am wrong then they can take steps as I do and fight in a court of law as to who is right or wrong. After all I have that kind of time to fight for what I feel is right.
First message from a Bentonville want to be or a real deputy, asked why I hate police that protect and serve, Sorry! As I stated in the e-mail, I have never hated anyone for what they do or say. If they did me wrong then I wait days or even months and sometimes even a year and I get back with how I feel. I was going to be a cop when I was younger, and went though a lot of training and was placed with a crook as I call him on a ride along or more like a walk along in Long Beach, California. Just came back from Viet nam as my trainer did and seen so much bs that I went back to another area and continued my training and found that the area was so corrupt that I even was able to get a divorce without my first wife even knowing. Of course she contested it with a lawyer and everything, but was at the lost to prove it. After all the judge himself was on my side or police side. However you wish to look at it. My ex-wife was so pissed I at the time laughed as I suppose so many bad cop’s and judges do today because I was as bad as the crooks are today. Even been caught up in so much of the crap as many of you who know me why I can do what I do and even warn you before it is going to happen. I was discussed for how I was able to do so much under the shield of truth and decided to fight against such people. Yes, my ex wife still knows we really are not divorced legally, but then again legally we really are on judgement papers filed as well as signed. She has now since been married so many times and never ever gotten a divorce because of me. Sure maybe social laws say that is a no no. But, what I did was also a no no. Is there a lot of this that goes on. Yes, a lot and yes many frames and people set up and placed in guilty situations when they are not even guilty. I have pulled a lot of these to prove a point myself that the legal system is there not for your protection but for making money. Today all legal stuff is like any 7-11 store with prices of stop sign running, speeding etc. You also have court and fines as well as fee’s for a pre-tend lawyer and so on. Only difference is that you can make payments for the rest of your life. Miss a payment and you start the same routine over again as well as still pay on that first one. That is being caught up in the legal system. I am watching a few people right now released from jail and plea dealed even if they are innocent in order to just get out of jail. One for example was told to attend these costly classes and of course they all cost. Your then told to make so much payments each to the probation officer as well as court costs and fines etc. Well, no job means no money. So, what happens, you wait until your arrested again and say what can I do. Go back to jail and it starts all over again or you serve the time and get out with a bill for jail time or is that room and board and here you go again. Your innocent until proven guilty? But, your locked up for months after all more people and the courts as well as jails are jammed pack and watch out for the computers that break down as you may have taken care of that ticket but the computer lost all that information. Loved that Regan’s Star War program as they had hundreds of people working on different programs and no programmer knew what the other was working on. Then one day all the programmers would place each program together and we have a starts war state of art defense system. But, we never did get it off the ground as many today have failures as all programs will fail for one reason or another no matter what. I have no idea how many times I go to a drive though and the operator of the computer puts in $20.00 when I gave $10.00 and you try to tell them that they made a mistake they say no sir. I gave you what the computer said. Ok thanks then. I even try to give it back and some think about it and say they made a mistake, but many just won’t accept the mistake so I say my phone number and of course they don’t remember as they joke and have fun what a dumb old fart. Yup, I sure was. This has happened in places over the years at Wendy’s, Arby’s, McDonalds, Dairy Queen and many others. Oh yes, I have been over charged and do yell and had to wait once while they counted the cash box and sure enough they were over and I did get my correct money back.
Now, as for friendships as many people ask can I place you on my friends list? Of course but why would you like this old man as a friend if your not even close to his age? I found that many people especially women like older men. I am not interested in marriage any longer but still like to have monthly sexual play time with that someone that I also like. Once in a while it has to be someone that I am not in love with, but they think I am so I play along until I am satisfied and unless something better comes along then goodbye. After all I am always for bettering myself always especially if younger. Lmao! (Laughing my ass off) for those not into computer slang. I get a lot of e-mails well you won’t get none unless you really seek a long term relationship. If your that great then I am for that long term of yours until after. Remember I am old and long term means short term to me so I have to hurry! Lol! Then there are those that say I don’t swing that way. Yea, love that word swing, because I have never met anyone that could remain just a friend and not swing as I do even at my age. It’s their fear that I have to work on for a while and once they have come around to my way of thinking then I say goodbye and now you learned something new. Then there are those that your happy to shed yourself of. I had one that was so in love with me and I never had that same feeling. I had so many in my own family pissed at me as to how could you hurt that person that way. I say, it’s not my fault that I don’t feel the same way they do. After all I also been hit that way myself in life that I loved them more than they did me and they wanted to let’s say play my game or get what they wanted and said goodbye. It hurts but hurts even more if your both not of the same idea’s or match even if the sex is great. Maybe if we could just be friends and use one another every so often but just stay friends. Yea, have a lot of those and yes it is just that friends. Creating that type of friendship I still wonder what will happen when I do find that special one and they find me. Will I lose or even want to give up the friendship with all the others that think and do as I do. I will let you know if it ever comes to past. Lmao again! As being older your already set in your ways and you have to go for younger in order to train them as to what you like. After all you could really care less as to what they like as long as it’s you! Most women seek security only, men don’t seek that as most can get any body that they want at any time no matter how old they get. So, if like me and own your stuff already then why not go after what you want. I could care less if you swing that way or not and could care less if you hate your mate and need to stay with that mates because of whatever. I still will swing that way anytime you feel like it. So, let me know when you wish to have a little push in that swing of yours as we both know what you mean. Want to be just friends at lease first? Then we can go from there.
Ok, as I have stated over the years to many of my swingers, friends, lovers and those that don’t like me for whatever reason. Face book is a tool that nis used by all security departments across the world. If you can’t find someone in a jail mug then your able to locate them by friends or schools or work places by using facebook. I remember years ago that I told someone that I have many face book pages and they came back and told me I did not and could find only two. Ok, well sorry your not as smart as I am but that does happen at times. I have over a half dozen and plan to have a dozen more later on as I need to give out as much dis-information as possible. It does work as when I was arrested for the first time in my life the keystone police could not find my education back ground or even if I worked for a living. Remember you do not have to give out information any more than your name address and just drivers license is best and shut up. Easy for me to say as I get heated when their heated and have to talk back in a loud but polite way. If always polite to those that think they have more power than you then it drives them crazy. Crazy to the point that they will make many mistakes. Those that know me already know that story as well. But face book is the worst place to place your kids on as makes it easy for others to make kidnaping etc. Don’t think it doesn’t happen as hundreds daily are taken and used in abusive ways and killed or even sold just here in the USA! When I place up photo’s their normally a group from school functions, like plays and then kept for my own future reference for when they are older and then given to them. I have scrap books of all the things I use to do. Now they make it easy by means of computer, but changing so fast that even these computers will go the way of the eight track. Younger ones will be asking what the hell is an eight track? I have one with a lot of tapes even with am/fm radio even. For sale if like. Also have what could be called first cell phone that I used when I was in my thirties as special investigations, when was only one person and worked close as the cell phones do today. Expensive in those days compared to cell’s today. In fact everyone has access to all those people by means of cells daily. My time if not working I never received my calls until I came home so never cared about calls as you kids do today. Then my programs were radio as no such thing as television or for that matter cable even. Hell not even a water cooler even until I was probably fifteen. Then cokes were a dime also. Just be very careful with face book or the internet even as I can find anyone and a lot of information on anyone that I want to if interested. Many people have sent e-mail saying for someone so old I sure do complain a lot. Yup!~ that is what happens when you put an old bastard out to pasture and want to feed them and not have them work for their living! Well, I am learning more and more as the days go on as well as thinking wow, how easy life is now days for so many people compared to when I raised my family. I have had three whole sets of families that lived with me for a period of three-five years before they could get what they needed to start out on their own. But, all of them I have learned a lot from and just shake my head and wonder why. So this is not a reflection on anyone as I know all the generations are this way as I talk to a lot of ex’s and they see the same as I do from their kids families as I do from mine.
Today I did my daily routine as normally do everyday when doing something for someone else. Yes, retired but still doing things daily for taking a person to work, store or doctor or something. In short it is something that at lease gets me out into fresh air, or is that heat rays today. Well, in short I prefer to stay in the house where it is cool. Anyway today I was told that the refrigerator broke down. Only the fourth time in same place for eight plus years. Know it’s from holding the door open as well as the ice machine water line plugged. But, just to damn fat and old and can’t see to do the things that I use to do. Of course young people don’t know how to do anything what so ever. Wait, my granddaughter knows how to do stuff, grandson, nope none of them unless there is something in it for them. My ex old lady and I use to talk about the kid’s now days (ours) and were both just old as well as dumb and lost our minds. So, we just live with it and when they yell we come back at them were to old to remember we did or said that. In short we sometime drive them nuts when they have already drove us crazy. Doesn’t always work. First thing I heard gallons of milk went sour over night. Ok, not much I can do about it. I did warn everyone that leaving the door open and using the light from the refrigerator to cook late at night will cause problems and break it down. After all you can’t keep running in and out of anything and expect it to stay cool, let alone cold. Sure could be something wrong after all it is five months old or out of warranty at lease. But, this time I know which so called adult did it as he has very little respect for anything let alone anyone. Why do I put up with it? Have done so since he was living with my kids for years and really has no one else.
Well, I am thinking to wait and see if something else will happen like it restarting to cool if people leave it alone. If not then when everyone’s rents are due, will do without as seems I always do anyways and get another one with telling everyone this is it! But, today was something that I could not believe but seen it so many times from my other grand kids and great grand kids that I should be use to it. But, you know I am not. Maybe jealous? No, just feel bad as things will get worst later on and I know what it is going to be like. But, was asked if I would like a Subway sandwich, as always am asked and maybe in a months time ate maybe three or four times as I said I am a junk food type of person. Give me a taco or a burger and I am satisfied even a subway if I already didn’t have myself stacked up on three day old tacos. Yes, I still live the way as I grew up and never waste anything. I get enough to last three to seven days and you’ll be surprised how much I can save to replace what everyone else feels is a needed item.
Hell, I still wear clothes from five plus years ago. Retired, have no reason to impress anyone any longer. After all I get paid to be s I am until I die. Would be so nice if I was able to use my money and just travel and live from motel to motel with service etc. But, nope I live for my families as love them and want them to make it then just maybe this country will turn around and be as good to them as it was to me. Well, almost as it was to me. As when you get a certain age (old) the younger workers want to get rid of you because your smarter and get paid more as well as a threat to them. Not to mention that employer’s even need to save so why keep educated old high wage earners when you find a younger person in their twenties that will work cheaper. Guess I would have done the same thing in being the owner of a company. But, I had plans to retire anyway, but never thought that it would be until I was in my seventy’s now is great with me if I could only have a little left for myself. But, what the hell I own my property, my bill’s are paid and which are in the thousand plus each month. After all my Grand kids as well as great grand kids need cable, internet, electric, water, gas and whatever else I left out. I on the other hand could get all this for five hundred or less a month in an motel and then still enjoy life. But, I don’t as many my age don’t because we love to watch our great grand kids grow and want to have them around at lease until we pass on and hope that they all do well. But, you do wonder with how so many people are living in tent cities and you’ll be surprised how all those people have no idea that things are going along normal for so many. I know of people that live by the bridge and rivers and in places just to get by each night. I really feel sorry for those that lost their homes and jobs and now many are close to running out of their unemployment insurance and things will get a lot worst. Hell, how many even know that my home here in Arkansas unemployment is now at 9.1%. I never ever believed it would ever get that high here. When I moved here there were help wanted signs every place. Now, there are still jobs, nothing full time unless you get into a factory of some type. Then you best have a clean record and that also means credit record even. After all if you make an agreement and don’t pay as agreed, then why would the employer want you? Yes, many employers don’t want someone that was found guilty of a crime. After all way to many people out there among the honest that also need a job.
Now, why all this am I bring up now. I am getting tired now so going to put the letter next here and the above should be able to answer the rest of the questions. Reason why I see what is happening and things will be a lot worst and two generations living now here have no idea what it is going to be like with no electric, food and money let alone a job. I feel bad for these two generations and what can one person do? Not much as if remember I wrote about the lone wolf years ago. Now, if you noticed even the lone wolf are now terrorist. Any group that this government doesn’t like or speaks out are now a terrorist organization. Oh well, hopefully many of you did and still are calling the White house to go to hell and we dare you to not paid our military as well as those people that paid into their pensions. But, as I said we all think were one person and no one else is being picked on. So, until it’s time for you to be picked on then you’ll feel safe. But, your time is coming. I have been their many times and I still fight and fight for others even. Next time I am sure they will shut me up for good as one told me. But, also been told that many times as well for my fighting for what I believe in. I as well as you have the God given right to live as a free person. No one has control over you and no one tells you what to do. Life is to enjoy as everyone has that right to enjoy together with one another. Laws are made for money to pay those that want to control you and if you did no wrong in society then why are you not fighting back? Now the letter to a family member.
So not to lose anything more place the things that may spoil like
your milk did in the freezer. As things are still cool in there so is
a bit weird, but just in case move to freezer section or deep
freeze. I use to remove two cups from a gallon of milk and
freeze the other gallons when I raised my kids. We even went to
can milk but I hated that stuff, but Jr anda couple other's loved
it, not sure if ever had your kids use it or not but just as good if
not better. Powered milk is nasty, but drank it myself over sea's
because no real milk where I was for months. Same goes with
eggs. But, just giving idea's as when I grew up we were never
has rich as you guys live today. But, we lived good as all the
kid's friends always wanted to eat at our house. But, then I was
the junk food type of person and loaded the freezer with
hundreds of plain burgers, hot dogs, ham, turkey sandwiches,
when a sale was going. Then cooked differently also as made a
lot of mac & cheese. Goo lash which is mac and meatballs and
tomato sauce. I am just not able to do stuff like that any more
and wish I could as always made enough for an Army outfit.
Haha Thanks for at lease telling me, as no one tell's me nothing
until it's completely not working. Hell! Your kids lucky as all hell. Sub way, my kids never ever got that until they earned
there own money. McD's was a treat for fresh only and once a
month if lucky! The way things have changed..weird, weird !
