May 27, 2012- False stories being put out by the Bentonville Clown Sheriff’s Department I was e-mailed these stories and asked where did Riley the murdered dog went off to. The dog Riley was chained up to a riding lawn mower as has been for many years in order to enter his room when wanted. That red flag over the door as these clowns from the Bentonville Sheriff’s department is saying red flag and still is hanging above the door is a United States of America Flag. But, to make a story sound as if they did no wrong has really upset me even more. These clowns have been making threats as you can see from the tape of 2010 and continue to do so as the one clown stated he would do so and come here as often as they please and there is nothing at all that I can do about it. Especially now since our family pet has been murdered because of some so called 911 call made around this house that has dozens of others in the same area. This dog was in his own confined space as well as in his own yard as well as in his own room when this officer tried to enter the unlocked room that had the door open for fresh air that evening. This officer also was out here just a couple weeks before as well as in the past and knew about our dog. This officer made no attempt to contact anyone at the main house because he wanted to enter an open door instead and of course the clown was attacked! As your able to see below my grandson is sitting with his dog and this is the dog that was

MURDERED and not sprayed with mace/pepper spray or even shocked. Why? Because this officer did as most BAD COPS do and kill instead and say justified or in self defense. Tell these clowns how you feel about coming on property that is posted and they all know even if I am dying I don’t want any of their clowns from that department even to come to my rescue as I am for certain to die if they ever do. Every clown has been told that there not welcome as long as bad under trained and plain stupid people can get a badge and carry a gun. I proved one cop was dirty and everyone can view that video anytime. ACLU is a joke here in Arkansas as they say there is nothing they can do as they have more important matters to attend to. The local attorneys state hey I know that there is many corrupt bad deputies but I have to live here, and don’t wish to get my family disliked and jailed for no reason as you have. Ok, well all I can say is I feel sorry for all you sheep that think these so called protect & Serve clowns will do just that. Maybe and I say just say maybe Craddict the new elected sheriff will train these officers to do just that Protect & Serve. He states he has worked with many in the past and the jail is a real mess and needs cleaning up. But, that is months away. What do you do now? Sit back and watch your family members and friends as well as pets get murdered by these thugs called sheriff’s deputies? So be it is all I have to say. Your turn as well as time is coming sooner than you think! Call these murders and tell them you’ve had enough of this killing of innocent citizens as well as pets because they are scared and afraid of you or your pet. Deadly force should be used only against deadly force. All the citizens murdered in the past never had a gun. Maybe a car that was in park and never in gear. Maybe someone walking along the freeway and looks like a felon or a no good person but was just taking a walk to somebody house and killed because the clown officer felt he was going for a weapon when he was just going to show id. Then you have the clowns dealing drugs from their patrol units (cars) as well as clowns from the sheriff’s/police departments giving protection to big drug shipments to certain locations. You have clowns from all these government gangs called protect & serve even using the drugs themselves from the evidence room. Yes. The only surprises for me are that (1) so many people, including otherwise-cynical Kossacks, just can't bring themselves to believe Officer Friendly would do such dastardly things; and (2) the press falls for it every time, with not the first hint of skepticism or disapproval. Family dog Murdered by Bentonville sheriff Clowns in Arkansas News will be forth coming on this Murder by a Bentonville Sheriff Clown Tuesday, May 22, 2012 (5:04 pm) A man known for run ins with Benton County Deputies is in their cross hairs once again. Both sides are now trying to sort out this situation. Sunday night John Lewis says he heard a commotion outside his home near Rogers. Lewis posted a You tube video from his surveillance cameras. According to the Benton County Sheriff's Office, it all started when a deputy went to investigate a 911 hangup call in the area. "You just do not know what these circumstances present," said Benton County Sheriff's Deputy Doug Gay. Dispatchers did not have a specific location, just the general location of the cell phone the call came from. According to the Benton County Sheriff's office, the deputy knocked on a couple of doors before heading to John Lewis' property. On his property a couple guest houses. So the deputy walked up to one with an open door which was covered by a flag. "He heard some moaning coming from inside, so he opens the flag.. knocks on the door and announces himself," said Benton County Deputy Doug Gay. That's when -- according to the deputy -- a pit bull charged from inside. "He was instantly bit on the leg and boot area. Then the dog bit him on the knee. And continued his attack until he ultimately bit him on the arm," said Gay. The Sheriff's Office says the deputy then shot the dog. "There was a male that came out of the house, partially clothed. And he asked if the deputy had shot his dog." That man, Rick Niebuhr says the dog was scared. Homeowner John Lewis says the dog was on a chain and the deputy should have heeded the warning signs posted all over the yard. "The officer had no right to go up in there. None whatsoever. He had no right to be on the property in the first place," said Lewis. "Whether it is a child playing on a phone or an actual emergency. We are going to respond to those," said Gay. This isn't the first run-in the county has had with Lewis. In 2010, Lewis recorded a deputy arresting him for refusing to answer questions and posted that video online, too. Deputies say - in both instances - they were just doing their jobs. "Had Mr. Lewis needed medical attention, the paramedics and first responders would have gone to that residence and perhaps also been attacked by the animal," said Gay. Deputies are forwarding all this information to the prosecutor so he can decide whether to file charges against Lewis for having an unsecured vicious animal. What the real truth is that same officer was out here just two weeks earlier looking for someone that was already in jail. Also with him were three bails bonds persons that also looking for the same person. They were all told that person was not here, but continued to walk around the yard and looked in the windows even after they were told. Someone from the bail bonds team asked if he could come into the house and check it. I said your now calling me a liar and we have nothing more to say. The deputy came up to the back door of the house where I also have a camera along with a speaker two way. I asked what he wanted and he said that he would like me to come to the door, so that he could ask a few questions. I said go ahead and ask away. He just turned around and they all held a pow wow out at the middle of my driveway. Once departed there was no more problems as I said I did tell the deputy to check the Washing county jail here in Arkansas and that next time he should do this instead of coming out to bother people for no reason. Well low and behold here I learned this is the same deputy that was here two weeks ago and he knew about our dog but he also came when the dog was locked up as well as the other person in their room for the night. This evening this officer seen one of the outside bedroom doors open and instead of coming to the back door or even the front door of the house. He went to the room where the dog sleeps because it was a cool evening and the door was open for fresh air this evening. The dog also was asleep as well and this deputy continued on to the room and lifted the flag hanging over the door to keep the sunlight out of the dogs eyes. Well, that was a big mistake! The officer stated that he seen the other person at the end of the room and tried to get his attention in hope not to awaken the door that was in front of the door. By the way with his chain still on as well. Aas when he needed to go out he was always chained up and never allowed lose at all. The officer was chased out of a room that he didn’t belong and he also knew it. The 911 callo that is stated came from a dead cell phone in the area of my house as well as over a dozen other homes in this area. If the dog as well as the other person were not awake, then why in the world did this clown wish to continue to try to get the attention of someone that had to be seen as not needing any help. No help until after he was bit in the boot area and then in the arm after pulling his weapon and falling on his ass backwards trying to get back to his cruiser. Once the owner her the shot he yelled for Riley (dogs name) back into the room and shut the door. Where Riley fell over dead. The officer was back in his car calling for back up as well as an ambulance service for his wounds. Once everyone from the Bentonville Sheriff’s Department was located out here. They asked all sorts of stupid questions. Why wasn’t th dog restrained. He was and always has been. The officer went into some place that he knew he should not have, but because the door was open, felt an easy entrance I suppose. Why didn’t he come to the main house as they all normally do or my bedroom window as a few discovered where my room is now located and ask question though the window if the window is open. In short maybe a 9-11 call takes priory over someone privacy. But, the deputy also parked behind the signs of NO TRESPASSING and BEWARE OF DOG SIGNS and walked quietly maybe fifty plus feet to the open door. If he would have drove up to the driveway as they normally do, then people as well as the dog would have shown themselves as in the past and known to lock the door where Riley lives, and has for over ten years. No there was another reason why this clown did this and it back fired on him as it has been doing ever since 2010, when they tried to convict me of obstruction of whatever and other stupid things and I went to jail for the very first time because of this clown in 2010 over not getting his questions answered, as well as threatened that every officer will come here daily and there will be nothing at all that I can do about it. Ok, if this is how they are going to do it, then America we are all in trouble by these government thugs! Yes, I need a lawyer this time that really wants to teach these clowns a lesson and not to come here unless they are called. They are called also believe it or not as one grand son has no respect for people and hits on them. So, he is hauled off every so often for something stupid. But, I am now sixty-six years of age and all I want to do is enjoy the peaceful beautiful area in which I live. But, that seems to be a no for now. Maybe after the election of a new sheriff in November, things may clean up of the thugs and real well trained officers will do as they are suppose to do. Serve & Protect the public and those that can not help themselves. But, from what I have seen even those people have been getting tasted as well as killed or beaten to death. Maybe these Protect & Serve thugs can charge you with battery or assault on a peace officer if you defend yourself. But, everyone you need to fight back and defend yourself or your going to be killed, Maybe have to go to jail, but in time you’ll get out and can hopefully take the clowns that are thugs down with there own system. May 21, 2012 What amazes me, is the sheep people who obliviously don’t think anything of the lies and deception their government feeds them. If you lie under oath you can go to jail and most likely will, yet those in public service who also swear an oath when they get their job, can tell lies that are so blatant that a 3 year old can tell it’s a lie. Have you ever heard of any of them being charge with lying under oath to the people? I think not. I have told my kids and grand kids that, they the younger generation, are going to have a really hard row to hoe if we continue to allow the government to grow and thumb it’s nose at the people. They have already missed out on a much freer America. Years ago when we were kids we would go out hunting rabbits without any worry of the police taking our guns from us or even bothering us. We never had to worry about possibly being fined or arrested and taken from our parents for riding in the back of our dad’s pickup truck. There was a time when Armed Police Check Points and searches of you and your vehicle without a warrant would have caused rioting and revolt by the people. When things were just a lot freer and the quality of life was much better. When a kid could go to the Woolworth’s or the 5 & 10 and buy a model car, plane or boat and also buy the glue to put it together. In the late 60’s they made laws that you had to be 18 to buy model glue or needed a parent to buy it, because kids were sniffing it, mostly kids over 18. There also was a time when meat tasted really good, not like it does today. I remember how a T-Bone and grilled burgers used to taste 35 to 40 years ago and maybe it’s me and my taste buds, but I’m not the only one who says the meat today doesn’t taste as good as it use to. I don’t know if it’s the hormones they feed the beef or the feed itself. It’s not the same taste as it used to be and it is really hard to find a good cut of meat anymore. Since the government started regulating ranchers and farmers and telling them what they could feed their animals, and what they could use to grow their crops, it seems things started tasting different and seems to taste worse. As a matter of fact, everything the government started regulating or controlling made freedom suffer and life less palatable. We all stood by and let this happen inch by inch, and now our elected officials laugh at us and do pretty much whatever they want once they are elected, and they only kiss up to us when they want you to re-elect them. Isn’t it time we started really holding the people we elect accountable and demanding they live up to what they promised or we’ll fire them by recall or voting them out? Or will we keep our heads in the sand hoping things get better, and maybe they’ll change, no matter how many times they lie to us? It is a crime for any citizen to lie under oath to a judge or law official…should’t it be a crime for any officer or official of the city, county, state or federal government to lie to the people when they swore an oath Our Country is no longer a Country run by the people. It is run by the Government! A Government that is Above All Laws that we the commoners have to obey. This Has To STOP by Whatever means necessary! Police/Government run amok in our society and can do whatever they want, run red lights, beat up people, aim guns at people, murder people and threaten people who have done absolutely nothing against any laws. The Government can record your conversations with immunity yet if we record them it is a felony. We have allowed this to happen because we were told it is for OUR safety. When all along it was for their safety and need to have total control over us. I hope you will send in videos and stories of Government Gone Bad for the world to see. Americans have been enslaved for a long time, you just did’t know it. Now you’re going to get a lesson in slavery in the form DS-5513 if you decide to leave. You try to fill this out. Remember, if you don’t answer the questions, you can be denied a passport. This is just the last nail in your freedoms coffin. 10 years ago they made it almost impossible to take your own cash and leave the USA. Now they don’t want you to leave at all. Why? Because people were buying gold with their cash and getting on a boat and leaving for South America and all points everywhere else. That way they didn’t have to take a loss or possibly raise a red flag. If you have more than $9,999 in cash and go through an airport scanner, it will read the code stripe embedded in the cash and you will be detained and forced to answers a lot of questions. Then they may very well confiscate your cash and arrest you as a smuggler of US cash….no joke. If you traded in the US dollars in another country, it would also cost you, and the State Dept gets notified in many cases. But if you have gold, you don’t lose any money and every country wants gold and welcomes it. So now the USA wants to make it even harder for people cash out and leave to cheaper and freer pastures. As one South American who wanted to buy some of my heavy equipment laughing said to me; “You are and Americana Esclavo” and he was right and I knew it. I am writing this to hopefully educate you people who still believe this once free nation is still free. Sadly, it’s not. No…it’s not as free as a lot of other Countries. South America for instance has far more personal freedom than we do. Mexico has more personal freedom than we do. Yes…it’s true! In many countries, once you buy land, you can build what you want on it without being fined and fee’d into the poor house. You can camp on your Own Land without the threat of being forcibly removed and your land taken from you. YOUR CASH PAID, OWNED RIGHT OUT, LAND, All Mineral Rights, Tree Rights ALL Mine! Or so I thought, but the reality is that you really don’t own anything in America anymore! Less than 100 years ago, you owned your land and home without fear of confiscation if you didn’t pay taxes. You didn’t have any income tax, you had no armed road blocks i.e. Check points, the government could’t and didn’t tell you how to raise your children, and we had far more freedom than we have now. So compared to what this country was supposed to be, how free are we now? Not Free at all, and this once great country has become a gigantic lie. The Government is above any and all laws that We The People have to obey and comply with. Sadly, we are nothing more than a Commodity in this country, (As long as you pay, you can stay.) When we all start to realize this, maybe we can stop the growth of the governmental parasites. If not, it’s high time for another revolution! Long Live The Constitution! May 17, 2012 Don't think I have a lot of events in my life? Well back in April the water started to get warm from hot, didn't think nothing about it then it just went cold. I called Sear's repair and set up an appointment for a repair person. One came out, and he didn't take long and said both bottom and top coils bured out. Also stated that I must have the bottom coil out for a long time since water was just right for everyone as I told him and we thought the tank was just set low because of the little kids not to get burned. In short was nice. Then bang as I said went cold. He charged close to three hundred dollars Parts only seventy-six dollars. We were happy, never had hot water like this for a long time. Two weeks later went out again. Sear's repairman came out and said one coil went out and that happens every so often, but still under ninty day warranty, so I would not have to pay for this coil. Great I say and hot water again. Another couple weeks and cold again. Ok, what is going on Sear's repair person I ask. Trying to get me to the ninty day cut off or what? No this time it is water got to the wires and you need a new water heater. What? Yes, I noticed it this time. Oh no way to dry it out or what? No, could not see where the water comes from, but it happens some times, and probably why the coils keep going out. Ok, now what about the three hundred for repairs and you didjn't notice this before. No, but this time I coulkd see the problem. Oh and could not find it the first time. No, but no reason to put another coil in as it will just burn out. Ok, what will new one cost, not knowing about this water heater until today 5/17 when I had one of my son's friends buy another one and re-do it. Lot less than what Sear's wanted from me which was over six hundred plus. But, they did feel bad and would refund the parts money in five days. Well, this is why he could not put in a new coil as he did some dumb ass wiring it looks like to me. What do you think? What ever this idiot did could have burned this place down. This was after a Sear's reoairman came out to repair my water heater. This was his third trip, and on this third trip he stated that water leaked into the wire's and caught it on fire. Had a coil burned out was the reason for the call then it hsppened again, and he said sometimes the coils just go bad and replaced it. This third time he said it was water getting to the wires, and I needed a new water heater. I did get a new water heater, but not from sear's. In fact I feel Sear's should have bought me a new water heater. As this looks as if repairman did not get some wires right. Could have caught house on fire. Wonder if that maybe was the intent?LOL
