Judge Mark Ciavarella and Judge Michael Conahan received over two 
million dollars selling kids to private jail facilities. Judge Ciavarella 
was found guilty. 

Ciavarella ordered a 13-year-old boy to spend 48 terrifying days in a 
private jail for throwing a piece of steak at his mother's boyfriend 
during an argument. An honor roll student who had never been in
trouble before was sent to the same jail, because she gave the middle
finger to a police officer. A girl who accidentally set her house ablaze 
while playing with a lighter languished in custody for more than a month, 
forced to shower naked in front of male guards. She was only 10 years old.

When will taxpayers rise up?

“When will taxpayers rise up and say, I’m as mad as hell and I’m not going to take this anymore?”

Those are very bold words, in light of the recent sequester. However, we continue to allow those “boneheads” in Congress to decide how we live our lives while living in extravagance in their own lives on taxpayer money. They continue doing high-profile favors for special interests in their districts while collecting major funding for their so-called re-election war-chests from billionaire donors. They won’t raise taxes on the super wealthy, including themselves, but plot behind closed doors to cut benefits to Social Security and Medicare.

According to the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) Social Security is solvent until at least 2033. Medicare is good for at least another eleven years. Hence, they are not immediate fiscal problems within the Sequester.

Elimination of tax loopholes for the super rich  the end of the war in Afghanistan, and elimination of fraud, waste, and abuse, would help immensely.

The so-called sequester, although not immediately felt, over time will be a “death by a thousand cuts,” to millions of American taxpayers ranging from loss of programs for children, to the elderly, and will devastate their lives. Adding job losses to public service workers, such as teachers, firefighters, police, and many others, should make us livid over this treatment at the hands of a do nothing, lazy Congress.

One-hundred-thousand Texans had an interesting idea with their petition to secede from the Union. That didn’t work out, but the petition idea made perfect sense. There are over three-hundred-fifty million citizens in the United States.

If each state unites in effort, carefully studying the voting records of all in Congress, then file petitions individually to recall those who have done nothing for the citizens, I guarantee the new ones we elect will understand that we the people hold the power not them. They work for us, not the other way around!

This refers to the the bullet’s hollow-point tip that passes through barriers and expands for a bigger impact without the rest of the bullet getting warped out of shape: “this bullet holds its jacket in the toughest conditions.” We’ve also learned that the Department has an open bid for a stockpile of rifle ammo. Listed on the federal business opportunities network, they’re looking for up to 5 Billion rounds of .223 caliber ammo to be exact. The .223 is almost exactly the same round used by NATO forces, the 5.56 x 45mm. The deadline for this purchise was extended because the right contractor just hadn’t come along. Looks like the Department of Homeland Security means business. Something frighteningly strange is going on. Federal non-military agencies have bought two billion rounds of ammunition in the last 10 months. The Obama Administration says that federal law enforcement agents need the ammunition for “mandatory quarterly firearms qualifications and other training sessions.” Radio show host Mark Levin is suspicious. He commented: “To provide some perspective, experts estimate that at the peak of the Iraq war American troops were firing around 5.5 million rounds per month. At that rate, the [Department of Homeland Security] is armed now for a 24-year Iraq war. A 24-year Iraq war! I’m going to tell you what I think is going on. I don’t think domestic insurrection. Law enforcement and national security agencies, they play out multiple scenarios. … I’ll tell you what I think they’re simulating: the collapse of our financial system, the collapse of our society and the potential for widespread violence, looting, killing in the streets, because that’s what happens when an economy collapses. I suspect that just in case our fiscal situation, our monetary situation, collapses, and following it the civil society collapses, that is the rule of law, they want to be prepared. I know why the government’s arming up: It’s not because there’s going to be an insurrection; it’s because our society is unraveling.” Even though the National Rifle Association says that the amount of ammunition bought isn’t excessive, considering the number of federal agents and the fact that the ammunition is used over a five-year period, there are others who question why the need for so many federal agents. Among them is Jeff Knox, director of The Firearms Coalition, who said: “It’s not the number of bullets we need to worry about but the number of feds with guns it takes to use those bullets. There are currently more than 70 different federal law enforcement agencies employing over 120,000 officers with arrest and firearms authority . . . That’s an increase of nearly 30 percent between 2004 and 2008. If the trends have continued upward at a relatively steady rate, that would put the total number of federal law enforcement officers at somewhere between 135,000 and 145,000. That’s a pretty staggering number, especially when you consider that there are only an estimated 765,000 state and local law enforcement officers. That means that about one in seven law enforcement officers in the country works directly for the federal government, not a local jurisdiction.” The Latest are these Armored Gun Trucks that can wreak havoc on cities and towns and are being deployed somewhere near you. But first to minimise damage to their troops they will be taking your guns and ammo through legislation, and even the Supreme Court is Involved in this Treason against the American People! They have every intention of having the Supreme Court rule that citizens don’t have the Right to Conceal Weapons and this Ruling may come within the next year. Once that happens the next step will be a ruling that you don’t have the Right to own guns without the government’s permission, and that will be explained away by the government telling the people this is legal because of National Security Threats within the Country and it is for the people and Country’s protection.
