Mailto:/lewis1946@cox.net October 10, 2012 Legal System SUCKS! Why do I have so much distrust with our legal system? Just thinking of the two year batter that is still going on, for those of you that have been following. Yes, my family has been even torn a part in all directions because of my stance and things are going to get a lot worst before they ever get better. Do I mean legally or national. Hate to say that legally I feel it’s coming close to be over and done with. Nationally is just the beginning of the final end for all sheep! Unfortunately, they don't follow their own rules and in my view they are operating a system of slavery. The lawyers and the judges lie, cheat, and steal. So, I'm not sure what you need. They'll want a competency hearing to determine if you can proceed in your case on your own. It's just another control thing. As far as I'm concerned they are operating a satanic cult in the courtroom and I have never seen anything good come out of it. Trying to work with these people is like getting your brains sucked out of your skull. Really, how do you deal with liars? When they speak, how can you possibly understand them? This is a major problem not only with government, but with religious people as well. How can I make our US government follow there own rules and procedures? I must be a bad man... they wont answer any of my discovery questions, they gave me no deposition.... I turned down there plea bargain because I am innocent, now they are trying to get me to take a competency evacuation... what happens if I fail the compliancy evacuations? lol. But not funny at all. The US government keeps forcing me like I am still a SLAVE to obey all their silly rules and court procedures, when they do not follow them there selves. How do both attorneys and a judge, not to mention the whole court house with all it's judges, workers and so on not know what Common Law is... lol... Is that possible! Am I the only one who knows what common law is, OK, sure, right. Our governments, all governments should be held accountable and no longer be allowed to act like dummies, snakes or spineless jellyfish, and keep taking away all our God given rights. Does any one have some good advice for me. our government keeps dragging into court, and trying to force me to obey there silly rules, procedures, codes, statutes, and regulations, that they don’t even follow and obey... lol... but it is truly not funny. I have been fighting with help for a friend that is not guilty what so ever now over two (2) years. I have taken on so many people that it just not funny any longer. My warnings if anyone has been following me has been threats from the Bentonville Clown department to the point that they even came out on trumped up bullshit charges to murder our family dog. I have been broken into and property destroyed out of anger by these so called protect and serve clowns but always happens of course when I am not here to be able to show that hey cowards I am ready for your corryupt dealings and lets go at it. Of course it will be a one way battle and not me being a winner either. But, after so many years, you just plain get tired as well as mad and just plain fed up! No I have not spoke of this case in great detail because the investor gator is a real cheesy criminal and I have yet to get him on anything. He’s good. But not un catch able. But, really good. But that is what they say about me as well. This crime has come down after two years to the point that they want to give a sentence as time served and three years probation if he also registers with a guilty plead. Just to be done and over with this of course he wants to. I don’t and I understand it’s not my life in play here. But, it has been my money as well as fighting with a lot of cheesy stupid clowns with the murder of my family dog and destruction of my home and money to fight even a bail bonds person that went in with the Bentonville Sheriff’s department to steal a few thousand dollars right there at the jail system even. When you have a whole department that is there for the power and money then you really have a fight on your hands. Everyone keeps there fingers crossed and hope that I will die soon so all this will go away. But, as long as I am alive it won’t and they know it. Sure maybe some changes will take place in January to start cleaning up a corrupt circus. But, it’s been a working part of this system for over eight years now with even sheep voting the dirt bag into office with the knowledge of all the dirty deeds he pulled. Shows maybe a bible belt area of so called Christians but there nothing but money grabbers and your able to tell that by the size of the churches that these so called elite attend. A dirt farmer or cattle person try attending and see how snobbish they are and how they direct you to a broken down church down the road just starting up and they need such people as you. You sheep really are something as I see it all the time. I put on a suite and tie and can fit in any place then some dirty clean rag like stuff and boy what a difference that is shown to me. Even one of my grand kids did the same thing and he could not believe how people came up in a firm matter and welcomed him with open arms. He learned that your able to fool all the fools all the time if just know how to do it. Of course now he dresses up all the time and finds things are so much easier. Why haven’t I did this with this one person? He has been told but just doesn't seem to care any longer as he is rejected so much now by his own family. He drinks and I suppose your sable to say just feeling sorry for himself. I get pissed easy and sometimes also say that I am going to give up if he is. Which seems to be close at that point. I have way to much going on all the time. I see so much happening so fast and wonder where it all is going to end. Oh, mine will be sooner than soon as I really get in the side of people at all times. With another attorney change taking place this Thursday and delays, just maybe I will die before all this comes to an end. What will happen? Oh he’ll take the stupid plead as he wants to go on with life even if I tell him there is no life by accepting a plead especially if not guilty. But, that will of course be if and when I am dead. As any Nam Vet can tell you that has seen combat and death were not an easy lot to deal with even as we get older. We get meaner and nastier and just say bring it on! Then when down, we will still say is that all you got punks! Trouble is when we say punk we mean it! Also you may have seen a couple of my grand kids in suites over the years. Pretty snazzy if I may say so myself. As for me, I have not upgraded since my grand kids are able to act in this sheep society so easy now with the understanding that your able to dress up in wolfs clothing and none of the sheep will ever even know or even care and your able to snatch anything from them with their blessing even! Understand what I am saying Amerika Sheep? I didn't think so!
Sunday, October 7, 2012 lewis1946@cox.net American Sheep my reply for many! This is something hardly anyone around me knows about, I tried bringing this up, and the fact that Iran is a nuclear proliferations treaty signatory giving them the right to develop nuclear technology for peaceful reasons, in their case to deter the US from invading their country, as well as using nuclear technology for energy reasons, and I got a whole earful of how Iran is just like Saddam Hussein and needs to be put down like a stray dog, and more and more about how I am un-American because I don’t support the troops (who are fighting for our freedom of course) and if I don’t like it here I should go live in the middle east. My response, well id like to say I cleverly countered their warmongering rhetoric with statements about how GW lied to get us into Iraq, the predator drone strikes on civilians in Pakistan, but I cannot. I was just in awe of how effective CNN and ABC and Fox are, and insulted and just shook my head and said "all of you are sheep, you have lost the ability to judge reality from propaganda, and I don’t have the patience to educate ignorant farm animals." and the left as well. Monday is gonna be a little awkward. Why is it so many people simply cannot tolerate a difference in opinion? A teacher I had in third grade had a banner over her chalkboard that said "what is right is not always popular, and what is popular is not always right." That has stuck with me my whole life, and is proven true on a daily basis. And it just makes me sad. We as a species are capable of incredible inventions and scientific discoveries and love and growth, but we are all too busy bitching and arguing and killing one another to make any real progress. due to misinformed, hypnotized populations, and the manipulation of our own govt. by criminal corporate entities that profit from war. Ww3 is becoming a reality but it doesn’t have to be. If every American refused to pay taxes anymore, if every US soldier put down his rifle, if people were awakened in droves to the mass hypnosis currently plaguing our country, maybe we could start moving in a different direction, destined for peace and prosperity, instead of death and destruction. We always fear what we don’t understand, but rather than educate ourselves, we react with violence. Learn how to avoid conflicts, as opposed to fabricating pretexts for war. Learn tolerance, patience, compassion. All of these virtues are stronger than fear, anger, ignorance, but only when enough people believe in them. The staged events we see that sway popular opinions, like 9/11 and the Aurora, co shootings have a way of bringing out the worst in most, but the best in a few. Like the firemen and contractors who responded immediately to help at ground zero and were turned away, the jet boat pilots who went to New Orleans during Katrina and were sent home, the boyfriends who protected their girlfriends from the gunfire in the theater, not one of whom has been recognized as the heroes they are yet we give medals to men in uniform for killing civilians redefined as insurgents even when they are women and children and elderly people. the state of affairs is unacceptable. So what’s the first step? EDUCATE! Spread the truth like wildfire to counteract the mainstream media.
October 6, 2012 Grandson+girlfriend+Win fall of Dollars+Dog=Happiness+Shopping Decided to check out a couple pages of my family, and waited for a while to make any real comment, even if I do make a lot of comments here in person. Well, do so when I see grandson, as lately for example I seen him around 8PM last night only to raid my closet for a heater. Only thing I said was hey it’s not winter time yet! Out the door back to his love nest he goes. Everyone is this way in my family, and when you reach a certain age and see how the world is changing from when you were their age, you just amuse yourself and see in your head how and why the bills go up month after month. Every light in the house is left on as if it’d dark at all times of the day. Water left running some place all the time either outside, or bath tub or sink. During the summer it’s air conditioning in every room as I turn down the house unit to 80 or higher. After all once you go outside into this heat and come back into the house it is just right. Only control I have is over the house unit, as everyone decided to sell or trade whatever I have left around here for their conform. Sure I have a son that helps out with the bills by paying four hundred a month as well as another grandson that pays thirty dollars a week. Even with this help, I seem to be always behind for some reason. Then all of a sudden this win fall from a law suite a couple thousand miles from home comes into both of them grandson as well as girlfriend. Never suspected girlfriend at the time, as only told about grandson by another granddaughter after grandson requesting to travel back two thousand miles to get this money. Two days notice and talk about working fast as only way to make such a trip would be by car, and that was when I was much younger as well as in better shape. I told grandson no way, as there was no way to get their into days. Fly? Two days notice, checked and cheapest was over nine hundred dollars with promise I get it back and so on as soon as he gets back. Yea, right and no I took another route since also studied law many moons ago. Anyway, arrangements were made that grandson did not have to travel all that way and everything could be handled by FedEx with grand daughters help as to her attorney that did all this work for everyone for some free money as I call it. Then here comes my grandson’s girlfriends check first for over seventy-five hundred dollars. As of this above date my grand sons’ same amount is still floating some place in the mail system or sent to someone else that just throws anything not there’s away and of course the attorney that handled all this went on a months vacation after winning a million bucks and won’t be back until the 15th of this month. The gal in charge at his office of course must be a blond as she doesn’t know what to do until after he comes back from his million dollars fun trip. So, he sits and waits and they play on her money for now and then they will play on his when it arrives. What have I seen them do so far is buy a car for $1400.00. Loan my other grand son $200.00 plus whatever else in Wisconsin as they say it’s none of my business. Even if they owe two months past rent on a deal we made to let him bring his girlfriend out here at no cost to me. That is welfare vacation paying bus trip. Wonder if they could fly people as well? Hmm something to think about isn’t it. They now have three dogs and picked one up last night. Why? Because grandson’s girlfriend wanted one of her own. Where I figure what’s his is hers, and Her’s is his. Nope, doesn’t work that way now days as in my day of marriage. She has hers and he has his. Going to see things will get expensive later in life the way these kids think. I ask when is he going to help me out as agreed. Oh when my check comes. Sometime end of month unless attorney has to much fun and may be much later. One thing good out of all this I have my van back and no way will it be loaned out with how they think of only themselves before someone that provides everything when they had nothing but does now. Of course what the hell as I also said ok, his check. Then never knew she was to get one or would have been first check pay rent buy your own food first then buy your toys to play with. Toys, so far as can gather is notebook computer for both of them a television even if I have many around the house. Plus rented a room at of all places at a motel for how long is still unknown, But, all in all I am told they are going low on funds. Himm ok, with even toys and stuff I know that is a lie, as no one could spend five thousand already and take it as another lie or as grandson calls it just a little fudge or mistake. Now find that a cable connection has been taken from one of the rooms in the house leading to their room. I had all cable replaced in the house as well as outside a few months ago. Where and why is this? No idea as it’s not noon yet as they awaken I will find out. I am sure that someone will let them both know hey your grandpa is ragging on you about not paying at lease your back rent and going to a motel. I would at lease be able to catch up on my bills here with all the use by them. Heater already? Expenses not really needed but already started. Even my back up supply of food for emergencies has disappeared and need to replace that. Then someone just came in and asked for a roll of toilet paper, Here I had 48 rolls three weeks ago, now where are they? I know and you women do to. Buy the napkins please two rolls or more a day is a real waste. Watch for follow ups here as I am on a roll now. Just heard my other grandson with two kids quit his job and going back to grandma’s house as he doesn’t like living with his girls sister for some reason like not cleaning up after themselves. Understandable as all my kids were taught to cook as well as clean up after themselves. Problem is they go with women/girls where they were not taught to clean let alone cook. Welfare does that to people as you know. Well here it is grandson’s old lady up walking her puppy wow it’s not even noon. No other movements that I can see. Lmao

This article was in the Washington Post earlier this year and explains some of the reasons America is no longer the Land of the Free and why people are looking at other countries to move to. Below is a column that was in the Washington Post (Sunday) January 15, 2012 Washington Post. The column addresses how the continued rollbacks on civil liberties in the United States conflicts with the view of the country as the land of the free. If we are going to adopt Chinese legal principles, we should at least have the integrity to adopt one Chinese proverb: “The beginning of wisdom is to call things by their right names.” We seem as a country to be in denial as to the implications of these laws and policies. Whether we are viewed as a free country with authoritarian inclinations or an authoritarian nation with free aspirations (or some other hybrid definition), we are clearly not what we once were. Every year, the State Department issues reports on individual rights in other countries, monitoring the passage of restrictive laws and regulations around the world. Iran, for example, has been criticized for denying fair public trials and limiting privacy, while Russia has been taken to task for undermining due process. Other countries have been condemned for the use of secret evidence and torture. Even as we pass judgment on countries we consider unfree, Americans remain confident that any definition of a free nation must include their own — the land of free. Yet, the laws and practices of the land should shake that confidence. In the decade since Sept. 11, 2001, this country has comprehensively reduced civil liberties in the name of an expanded security state. The most recent example of this was the National Defense Authorization Act, signed Dec. 31, which allows for the indefinite detention of citizens. At what point does the reduction of individual rights in our country change how we define ourselves? While each new national security power Washington has embraced was controversial when enacted, they are often discussed in isolation. But they don’t operate in isolation. They form a mosaic of powers under which our country could be considered, at least in part, authoritarian. Americans often proclaim our nation as a symbol of freedom to the world while dismissing nations such as Cuba and China as categorically unfree. Yet, objectively, we may be only half right. Those countries do lack basic individual rights such as due process, placing them outside any reasonable definition of “free,” but the United States now has much more in common with such regimes than anyone may like to admit. These countries also have constitutions that purport to guarantee freedoms and rights. But their governments have broad discretion in denying those rights and few real avenues for challenges by citizens — precisely the problem with the new laws in this country. The list of powers acquired by the U.S. government since 9/11 puts us in rather troubling company. Assassination of U.S. citizens President Obama has claimed, as President George W. Bush did before him, the right to order the killing of any citizen considered a terrorist or an abettor of terrorism. Last year, he approved the killing of U.S. citizen Anwar al-Awlaqi and another citizen under this claimed inherent authority. Last month, administration officials affirmed that power, stating that the president can order the assassination of any citizen whom he considers allied with terrorists. (Nations such as Nigeria, Iran and Syria have been routinely criticized for extrajudicial killings of enemies of the state.) Indefinite detention Under the law signed last month, terrorism suspects are to be held by the military; the president also has the authority to indefinitely detain citizens accused of terrorism. While Sen. Carl Levin insisted the bill followed existing law “whatever the law is,” the Senate specifically rejected an amendment that would exempt citizens and the Administration has opposed efforts to challenge such authority in federal court. The Administration continues to claim the right to strip citizens of legal protections based on its sole discretion. (China recently codified a more limited detention law for its citizens, while countries such as Cambodia have been singled out by the United States for “prolonged detention.”) Arbitrary justice The president now decides whether a person will receive a trial in the federal courts or in a military tribunal, a system that has been ridiculed around the world for lacking basic due process protections. Bush claimed this authority in 2001, and Obama has continued the practice. (Egypt and China have been denounced for maintaining separate military justice systems for selected defendants, including civilians.) Warrantless searches The president may now order warrantless surveillance, including a new capability to force companies and organizations to turn over information on citizens’ finances, communications and associations. Bush acquired this sweeping power under the Patriot Act in 2001, and in 2011, Obama extended the power, including searches of everything from business documents to library records. The government can use “national security letters” to demand, without probable cause, that organizations turn over information on citizens — and order them not to reveal the disclosure to the affected party. (Saudi Arabia and Pakistan operate under laws that allow the government to engage in widespread discretionary surveillance.) Secret evidence The government now routinely uses secret evidence to detain individuals and employs secret evidence in federal and military courts. It also forces the dismissal of cases against the United States by simply filing declarations that the cases would make the government reveal classified information that would harm national security — a claim made in a variety of privacy lawsuits and largely accepted by federal judges without question. Even legal opinions, cited as the basis for the government’s actions under the Bush and Obama administrations, have been classified. This allows the government to claim secret legal arguments to support secret proceedings using secret evidence. In addition, some cases never make it to court at all. The federal courts routinely deny constitutional challenges to policies and programs under a narrow definition of standing to bring a case. War crimes The world clamored for prosecutions of those responsible for waterboarding terrorism suspects during the Bush administration, but the Obama administration said in 2009 that it would not allowCIAemployees to be investigated or prosecuted for such actions. This gutted not just treaty obligations but the Nuremberg principles of international law. When courts in countries such as Spain moved to investigate Bush officials for war crimes, the Obama administration reportedly urged foreign officials not to allow such cases to proceed, despite the fact that the United States has long claimed the same authority with regard to alleged war criminals in other countries. (Various nations have resisted investigations of officials accused of war crimes and torture. Some, such as Serbia and Chile, eventually relented to comply with international law; countries that have denied independent investigations include Iran, Syria and China.) Secret court The government has increased its use of the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, which has expanded its secret warrants to include individuals deemed to be aiding or abetting hostile foreign governments or organizations. In 2011, Obama renewed these powers, including allowing secret searches of individuals who are not part of an identifiable terrorist group. The administration has asserted the right to ignore congressional limits on such surveillance. (Pakistan places national security surveillance under the unchecked powers of the military or intelligence services.) Immunity from judicial review Like the Bush administration, the Obama administration has successfully pushed for immunity for companies that assist in warrantless surveillance of citizens, blocking the ability of citizens to challenge the violation of privacy. (Similarly, China has maintained sweeping immunity claims both inside and outside the country and routinely blocks lawsuits against private companies.) Continual monitoring of citizens The Obama administration has successfully defended its claim that it can use GPSdevices to monitor every move of targeted citizens without securing any court order or review. It is not defending the power before the Supreme Court — a power described by Justice Anthony Kennedy as “Orwellian.” (Saudi Arabia has installed massive public surveillance systems, while Cuba is notorious for active monitoring of selected citizens.) Extraordinary renditions The government now has the ability to transfer both citizens and noncitizens to another country under a system known as extraordinary rendition, which has been denounced as using other countries, such as Syria, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Pakistan, to torture suspects. The Obama administration says it is not continuing the abuses of this practice under Bush, but it insists on the unfettered right to order such transfers — including the possible transfer of U.S. citizens. These new laws have come with an infusion of money into an expanded security system on the state and federal levels, including more public surveillance cameras, tens of thousands of security personnel and a massive expansion of a terrorist-chasing bureaucracy. Some politicians shrug and say these increased powers are merely a response to the times we live in. Thus, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) could declare in an interview last spring without objection that “free speech is a great idea, but we’re in a war.” Of course, terrorism will never “surrender” and end this particular “war.” Other politicians rationalize that, while such powers may exist, it really comes down to how they are used. This is a common response by liberals who cannot bring themselves to denounce Obama as they did Bush. Sen. Carl Levin (D-Mich.), for instance, has insisted that Congress is not making any decision on indefinite detention: “That is a decision which we leave where it belongs — in the executive branch.” And in a signing statement with the defense authorization bill, Obama said he does not intend to use the latest power to indefinitely imprison citizens. Yet, he still accepted the power as a sort of regretful autocrat. An authoritarian nation is defined not just by the use of authoritarian powers, but by the ability to use them. If a president can take away your freedom or your life on his own authority, all rights become little more than a discretionary grant subject to executive will. The framers lived under autocratic rule and understood this danger better than we do. James Madison famously warned that we needed a system that did not depend on the good intentions or motivations of our rulers: “If men were angels, no government would be necessary.” Benjamin Franklin was more direct. In 1787, a Mrs. Powel confronted Franklin after the signing of the Constitution and asked, “Well, Doctor, what have we got — a republic or a monarchy?” His response was a bit chilling: “A republic, Madam, if you can keep it.” Since 9/11, we have created the very government the framers feared: a government with sweeping and largely unchecked powers resting on the hope that they will be used wisely. The indefinite-detention provision in the defense authorization bill seemed to many civil libertarians like a betrayal by Obama. While the president had promised to veto the law over that provision, Levin, a sponsor of the bill, disclosed on the Senate floor that it was in fact the White House that approved the removal of any exception for citizens from indefinite detention. Dishonesty from politicians is nothing new for Americans. The real question is whether we are lying to ourselves when we call this country the land of the free.
