  Whatever happen to INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN THE COURT OF LAW? Apparently none of you know his side of the story! For all everyone knows all the accusations could be false. Think about it. Why would he continue to run from his mistakes? Hes been in and out of jail since he was a kid. Hes a y.a baby. First time he was sent to prison he was just a kid. Same with my husband. His brother. Who put the tattoos on his face. Him and my husband both were both in prison together 23 and 22 years old. They were just beginning their lifers. think about all the stories you hear about prison. Could you imagine what was going through their heads when the judge sentenced them to prison at such a young age. They had to have been terrified. After spending so much time watching over your shoulder not know whats going to happen next it kinda becomes instinct. They were taught to get off first in order to survive. So, whose fault is this? If u ask me, id say this county is responsible. Jail is supposed to be a place to correct yourself. In reality, its a place to sit and rot and waste .

Some background information on as you say your husband then my other good kid also that you may not understand. First off we will start with yours good lady. Yes, he has or had a good heart, as of now I really do not know as we have not seen one another since out of prison. But, he did agreed that he did the crime and felt it was a good deal to enter such a stupid plea. Which I would never have allowed him to do if I was there, but momma knows best and this mama's boy will do as mama wants and did and got sucked into the system for life now! Hopefully your a hard working ma yourself as he is going to be good for house work only or doing as now and going back and forth with societies punishment of being a caged animal for the rest of his life! You must have seen something in him as I do that he is worth your love. But, I go on only what he tells me and I dislike what he tells me, but love him to death and always will no matter the dumb decisions he makes.

Now here is some things I am sure you don't know. Many years ago was made and agreed to to drop burglary charges from Oregon if Ryan left the state of California. He did, then ma wanted to go home after coming to Arkansas and asked her son to do the same as it is bullshit that he would get into trouble. Well, a long story short he is now paying for mom's love and doing as she asked. Same with older brother also did the same when grandpa told him never to open a door to a bad cop on Hall street in Marysville, Older brother really did nothing at all. I do mean nothing! Ask him yourself and see what he tells you. He pleaded guilty to doing nothing and was sentenced to fines and probation as well as jail time all because mama said don't worry John doesn't know what he is talking about. Did you know that? You can ask yourself as he is moving back to mama as well and with a new girlfriend as well. Would love to see the goings on here, but this grandpa can't help from here on as he is busy with crooks of the system his self and does fight as well as go to court and still here and of course never guilty when they do wrong and they do wrong all the time as it's there job!

As for his cousin that really destroyed Darrell's life he also runs back and forth and makes sure he takes someone down with him all the time. He has done this so many times that I warn people and especially the women this so called man is with at the time. Takes still a beating to teach the woman to leave before she is killed, but one day it is going to happen. This cousin even beat Darrell's wife here at my home. I was sick and he was never allowed back into my life and so far has been able to avoid getting caught so far. But, each woman has found a life to live after getting away from this abuser. Ask again Darrell to tell how his ex old lady was beat up on by this big bad man!

Now lets start with yours first then on to the one your defending. After all I love them both but from experience they are mama's boys and no matter how old they get they will remain even if you can't see it. Mama needs to change in order to protect their offspring, but they won't because they both have weak minds for thinking and think only as they want not as what will protect there own sons.

Now the above is just a few of the stories in the world as to hubby, and there are hundreds of them. Why? Because he said I did it!

For example I have seen murders of all types and more bad things than anyone else in my family ever will and hopefully never will. I was accused of many things in my life and I ask you to search my stories as my grand kids. Yes, even murder trials. Where is it? Strange isn't it?

OK, now for Daniel Rowden, he is also a great kid with a great heart and I know what your getting at as no one knows the whole story. Well, the girl has his kid, he really loves her as he said and she of course also him. More when in prison than out, but I am sure you understand what I am saying there and not meeting you I only pre-judge at this point. Maybe right and maybe wrong. The jury still is out on this one.

Now Daniel as his sisters that also love their brother to death but hate what he puts his grand parents though. They raised him the best that they can. Oh, his grand parents are well educated and also teachers. His mother is like any mother that loves her kids, but his mother that drug is first but with Daniel it is his mom that is first always and will always be in his life. I agree the girl is 17 but at the time, well some parents as well as the bad DA in Yuba county want a conviction at any cost and that also means the cost of others lives being ruined. After all there paid by the state and convictions is what gets the money. They have no feelings for others lives or they could not be a good speaker for the state and making money for those in power.

Daniel put his grandparents though hell by stealing as well as wrecking there cars and they still help him at all times as grandparents are that way even in wrong or right we are there! Daniel will be lab ed as yours for life because they were made into worst criminals than people will ever know. Once tagged, your life is destroyed and no way out without help. I won't need to list Daniels stories as they will be forth coming for the state to make their conviction. What would I tell Daniel to do is fight as your correct he is not guilty of the crap listed. but, newspapers are not to make the heart feel better. After all they don't make money from happy things. Newspapers are there to stretch the truth and sell as many papers as possible and the stories need to be worth buying at today's prices. It's too bad to see all these lives destroyed for the sake of the state making money, but it happens every day and always will until people awaken that there all sheep and being led to the same fate one day.
